ITES-3S ORDERING & CONTRACT INFO

Sentar was selected as an awardee for the Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Services Multiple-Award Contract (MAC). ITES-3S will replace the current 16 prime contractor awards ITES-2S. ITES-3S will run from FY 2016 – FY 2024. The Army’s ITES-3S scope includes a full range of services and solutions essential to support the Army’s enterprise infrastructure and infrastructure goals with Information Technology (IT) services worldwide. ITES-3S is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle that will provide a variety of technology services. Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts provide for an indefinite quantity of services for a fixed period of time. Like its precursor ITES-2S, ITES-3S will be managed by the Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program. It is also the Army’s primary source of IT-related services worldwide.

The ITES-3S MAC offers multiple IT solutions, including:

  • Cybersecurity services
  • Information systems security
  • Information assurance
  • IT services
  • Business process re-engineering
  • Enterprise design,
    Integration and consolidation
  • Network/systems operation and maintenance
  • Telecommunications/systems operation and maintenance
  • IT supply chain management
  • IT education and training

ITES-3S is expected to offer various task-order types, including firm-fixed-price, cost-type, and time-and-materials.

Under the ITES-3S MAC, Sentar will support Federal IT systems and modernization efforts by providing key offerings such as cybersecurity, critical infrastructure and information assurance, IT services, IT operations and maintenance, mobile security, cloud computing, big data, digital government, open-source integration, internet of things, enterprise resource planning, web services, web hosting and analytics, software development, virtualization, network infrastructure and operations, 3D printing integration, data center consolidation and related IT services.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services / products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.

OASIS is a family of 7 separate Government-wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts that span 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and 6 NAICS Code Exceptions under the economic subsector 541, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.

SeaPort-NXG

IDIQ Contract: N00178-19-D-8496

Under the SeaPort-Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) IDIQ contract, Sentar can provide professional engineering, technical, and programmatic support services for the Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, or the United States Marine Corps. Task orders issued under this contract may provide services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities.

Services to be provided under this contract are categorized into the following categories:

  1. Engineering Services
  2. Program Management Services

SeaPort-NxG does not allow for the direct procurement of supplies or hardware. Any material or products ordered shall be incidental and in direct support of performed services (for example, small scale testing equipment, prototypes, or spares.)

SEAPORT-NXG TASK ORDER DHA RMOPS N6523619F3503 (Surge RMOPS)

Short Title: Defense Health Agency Cybersecurity Risk Management Operations Support (Surge)

PURPOSE

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic delivers Enterprise Architecture, Systems Engineering and Support Services to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Military Health System (MHS) community of interest. DHA is a Combat Support Activity (CSA) that directly supports the warfighter’s medical readiness and includes all military medical facilities. This task will support the cybersecurity policy initiatives, and provide support to the DHA Information Security Division. NIWC Atlantic will execute cybersecurity services to assist in ensuring compliance with Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and DHA and subservices regulations and policies.

SCOPE

The objective of this task order is to provide assistance to NIWC Atlantic in project execution of the Cyber Security Division mission at locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). This includes support to all DoD MHS sites, which vary in size from 1,500 to over 60,000 server and workstation assets and support as many as 430 Programs of Record Systems of varying size, architecture and operating systems.
