Sentar to Provide Cyber Security Services for Design, Development, Demonstration, and Integration (D3I) Domain 2 program.
Huntsville, Ala., February 19, 2016 — Sentar Inc., a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) focused on Cyber Security Solutions and Services, announced the U.S. Army has awarded a $504 million ceiling vehicle to Sentar, along with their team of other government contractor partners, to support its Design, Development, Demonstration, and Integration (D3I) Domain 2 program. D3I is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that is a 100% small business set-aside and is intended to enhance the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command and Army Forces Strategic Command’s (USASMDC/ARSTRAT) defensive capabilities. D3I Domain 2 focuses on Information Integration and Data Exploitation, and consists of a base ordering period of five years and two optional ordering periods of an additional two years each. The task orders will be strategically focused on data and information systems, mission control, communications and computers, cyberspace, data fusion, data integration and data exploration.
Sentar has demonstrated excellent past performance on contracts of similar size and scope. Sentar has specialized in advanced Cyber Security, Information Assurance and Software Assurance since 2002 and has a history of providing outstanding capabilities in IA/CS and Computer Network Operations (CNO), along with a range of other cyber security services on other federal contracts and task orders.
