This designation is a testimony to Sentar’s commitment to create a work environment that our employees enjoy coming to each day. We are truly humbled to be named one of South Carolina’s 2017 Top Workplaces.”

The 2017 Best Places to Work in South Carolina award is based on a two-part evaluation process. The first part evaluates the company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consists of an anonymous employee survey to measure the experience of the company’s employees. The employee survey assesses overall employee satisfaction and engagement regarding company leadership, culture, communication, opportunities to learn and grow, as well as pay and benefits. The combined scores are used to determine the top companies and the final rankings.
